Ringing for an appointment at 8am is an absolute nightmare.I rang and got through at dead on 8am and was number 26 on the list.How does this happen ?I,m sure there wasnt 26 receptionists answering the phone at the same time .Its rediculous.

Switch off the answering machine and manually answer the phone.

Doctors and staff always professional and I am always treated with kindness and respect.

Queues are long and the appointments can be gone by the time you get through. Receptionists are lovely though.

To be able to book appointments in advance when they are needed.

There was not equipment to even do blood pressure ,neither the attending went to find it , so we literally skipped part of what I was made to believe is important check of my general health. And overall I had the feeling that she just wants to shout next.

Make sure you have equipment to do the check before the check ,kinda basic
